MOQ varies by product. Trial orders are available for testing quality, with better pricing at bulk quantities. Contact us with your target product and quantity for a specific quote.
2. What are your payment terms?
- Samples: 100% T/T in advance (before shipping)
- Mass Production: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment
3. Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available for most items so you can check quality before committing to a bulk order. Sample lead time is 7 working days upon payment.
4. How long is a quotation valid?
Our quotations are valid for 30 days.

5. Where are you located and how do you ship internationally?
Our international office is based in Xi’an, China, with our warehouse and production base in Baigou, Hebei — one of China’s major luggage and bag manufacturing hubs. We ship worldwide to retailers and wholesalers.
6. What is your typical delivery/lead time?
Samples ship within 7 working days of payment. Mass production lead time depends on order quantity — contact us with your quantities for an accurate timeline.
7. Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders, including custom logo, color, and packaging across our product range.
8. Can you customize logo, color, or packaging?
Yes. Most products — including luggage, bags, prayer mats, and ihram sets — support custom logo, custom colors, and custom packaging.

Yes, we manufacture mosque carpets customized to your required dimensions and pattern.
12. What hijab and abaya styles are available?
Our range includes solid-color, rhinestone, tassel, and chiffon hijabs, instant/slip-on hijabs, and hijab inner caps, plus a wide range of abaya styles (beaded, embroidered, lace-trim, tie-dye two-piece sets) and long dresses/kaftans.
13. Do you supply Hajj & Umrah-specific gear?
Yes — this is one of our specialties. We offer ihram garment sets, anti-theft Hajj/Umrah document bags, portable wudu washers, quick-dry travel towels, and custom-logo luggage sized for pilgrimage travel.
14. What luggage and travel bag options do you have?
We offer 20″/28″ luggage in PP, PC, and ABS materials, 3-piece luggage sets, custom-logo trolley cases, waterproof anti-theft waist bags, foldable drawstring backpacks, and an electric ride-on trolley case.
15. Are your products suitable for retail resale?
